Energy Awareness: Learn to sense and work with energy, understanding the basics of the human energy field (aura) and chakras.
Hand Positions & Techniques: Master the traditional hand positions for self-healing and for treating others, both on a massage table and in a chair.
Self-Reiki Practice: Develop a daily self-care routine to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Hands-On Practice

You’ll spend ample time practicing Reiki on yourself and with classmates, gaining confidence and receiving immediate feedback in a supportive, heart-centered environment.
